The Komatsu 930E is an Ultra Class off-highway hauler built by Komatsu.
It was the first Ultra Class off-highway hauler built introduced May 1995 at a rated payload capacity of 310 tons according to the book "Super-Duty Earthmovers' by Eric Orlemanmn.It was upgraded to 320 tons with the additon of larger tires thru the 930-2 and 930-3 models.In 1996 it was upgraded up to 320 ton via Bridgestone 50-80R57 tires. All of the Komatsu electric drive haulers are made at the former WABCO hauler plant located in
Peoria, Illinois .This plant is located at 2300 NE Adams St in Peoria.cite web

As of 2004 Komatsu had manufactured 300 model 930E trucks.According to the June 2008 Coal Age magazine, more than 650 930Es have been sold.
