William Henderson (born 1898 in Edinburgh - 1964) was an Scottish footballer who played as a forward. He played for Airdrie before joining Manchester United F.C. in 1921. In 1925, he was transferred to Preston North End F.C.. In 36 matches for Manchester United, he scored 17 goals.
