SUDIA

The Southeast United Dairy Industry Association, Inc. (SUDIA), is a dairy farmers' product promotion organization in all or part of nine Southeastern States and a small portion of Indiana.

Dairy farmers fund the organization and its programs, set policy and provide oversight through governance structure that includes nearly 200 dairy farmers on nine different boards of directors. SUDIA also receives more than 30 percent of its funds from producers outside the Southeast region, money following milk to market.

The SUDIA program, through the national Unified Marketing Plan, consists of local market media advertising, promotion and education programs in schools, supermarkets and public relations efforts.
