Pierre de Luxembourg

Pierre de Luxembourg [Peter of Luxemburg] (1369-1387) was a French bishop and Cardinal [From 1384, created by Avignon Pope Clement VII [http://www.fiu.edu/~mirandas/consistories-xiv.htm] ; therefore would be counted by some a pseudocardinal.] at the time of the Western Schism.

He was made Bishop of Metz, at age 15.

He was beatified in 1527 by Pope Clement VII.

Family

His father was Guy de Luxembourg, count of Ligny and St Pol.
