Norwegian Accident Investigation Board ( _no. Statens Havarikommisjon for Transport) is a Norwegian government agency responisble for investigating accidents and incidents within aviation, railway (including tram and rapid transit) and road transport. The agency is government funded and subordinate of the Norwegian Ministry of Transport and Communications. It is located in Lillestrøm and led by Grete Myhre.
The investigation board employes seven investigators within aviation, three within railway and three within the road sector. From 2008 the investigation board will also investigate incidents related to ship transport.
