"In High Places" is a single by musician Mike Oldfield, released in 1987 (see 1987 in music). It is from the album "Crises".

Due to the take-off of the biggest hot-air balloon ever made, it was released four years after the album in the UK and Spain. The founder of Virgin Records, Richard Branson's owned the balloon. It features Jon Anderson (lead singer of the progressive rock band Yes) on vocals and also as co-writer.
