Jose N. Nolledo (born
October 11 ,1934 ) is a renowned lawyer, constitutional law expert, and author in thePhilippines . He was a member of thePhilippine Constitutional Commission of 1986 and a delegate to the 1971 Constitutional Convention.Early life and education
Nolledo was born in Inagawan, Puerto Princesa City,
Palawan .
