Heernt is a New York-based jazz and indie rock trio with quite a distinguished style. The group makes use of very different sounds and rhythms led by its founder, drummer Mark Guiliana, who is mainly known as a member of the Avishai Cohen Trio. Some of the other instruments and items used by the group to produce sound include cajón, trombone, typewriter, steel pan, flute and clarinet.
