The 411 Building is a building in Downtown Detroit,
Michigan , located at 411 West Lafayette Boulevard, close toJoe Louis Arena , and several other downtown skyscrapers. It stands at 9 stories in height, and was built in1971 . It was constructed mostly out ofsteel andglass , and has 168,200 square metres of area in its nine floors. It is used mainly as anoffice building , but also has retail space in it. The building was designed in the international architectural style, and is currently owned and occupied byComerica , which also occupies nearby skyscraperComerica Tower . Companies involved with this building include Comerica Bank and Trammell Crow Company.The building is a grey-coloured
rectangular prism , with a smaller black rectangular prism on the roof with "Comerica" written on it. The building is 100.6 metres long, 46.6 metres tall to the main roof, and 39.6 metres wide.This building is similar in shape and size to nearby Chase Tower, which is owned by competitor
