The Merton Hotel is a four star hotel in Jersey. The Hotel is located in Saint Saviour with the Howard Davis Park close to the hotel, the road that sweeps down from the hotel leads to the main part of the town. The hotel is operated by Seymour Hotels of Jersey.

Accommodation

The hotel has 286 rooms in total. The types of rooms include single, double bedrooms, triple bedrooms and family suites. The family suits are arranged into a double bedroom, linked with a twin bedroom, bunkbeds can also be included in some rooms for children.

Leisure Facilities

The aquadome is the name for the swimming pool facilities, under the dome are, the lazy river, cascade fountains, spa pools as well as a sauna and a steam room. The pool also includes a large water slide which has a water temperature of 27 degrees Celsius. Outside of the dome the inside pool is linked with the outside pool, fountain and another spa pool. There are tables and chair for the cafe in the aquadome, there is also a children's play area outside. All of the pool facilities are supervised by fully qualified lifeguards.

In the same building as the aquadome there is a fitness centre, this includes a range of the latest cardio-vascular and weight-resistant equipment, a selection of free weights and a dedicated stretch area.

The hotel also has an outdoor tennis court, rackets and balls are hired from the main hotel reception.

The back of the hotel includes a reasonable sized garden, this is for guests to sit down and relax while enjoying a drink, a small chilrens play area is also cloated near this area.

Entertainment

The hotel has nightly entertainment in the star room. The entertainment includes cabaret, floor shows and live music. The room has a bar and stage with many seats to accommodate many people.

Restaurants & Bars

Jersey Joe's: This is a diner and ice cream parlor. The restaurant is based on 1950s America.

The Belvedere Restaurant: This is the main restaurant for the hotel, serves breakfast and evening meals. The meals are buffet/carvery, there is an early sitting specially for children.

Bonetti's Restaurant: Open all day, this offers a popular brasserie style menu, specialising in fresh continental food.

The Boulevard Lounge: This is a small bar, also serving light snacks, live music in the evenings.

Kiplings Pub: This is a small bar with a colonial theme, there is a patio linked to the bar area.

Other Facilities

Children's club for entertaining children in the evenings, includes discos and games. The hotel provides a supervised crèche for young children.
