The Black and White Amphisbaenian is a species of reptiles in the family Amphisbaenia.

Breeding

Location

The "A. fuliginosa" lives in the rain forest of Northern South America, and Trinidad. It is a burrowing nocturnal species, but spends more of its time underground.

Diet

The "A. fuliginosa" will feed on any small invertebrate, or insect, that it can find while burrowing. When it finds its prey it will use its strong jaws to catch and kill it.

Size

The "A. fuliginosa" grows up to 12-18 inches (30-45cm).
