Geof Manthorne

Geoffrey Manthorne (born April 25, 1974), more commonly known as Geof, is on the Food Network reality-TV show "Ace of Cakes." He works at Duff Goldman's bakery, Charm City Cakes in Baltimore, Maryland. He is the Executive Sous Chef. Geof is known for his skill in cake building, as well as decorating. He's also recognized for his preference of doing the projects he takes on entirely on his own. In January of 2007, a video from the Food Network was released on YouTube of him singing a song he wrote, as well as playing the guitar. Both he and Goldman competed in the Halloween Haunted House Food Network Challenge, and he judged the Extreme Cakes competition with Goldman and Mary Alice.
