Lake Mackintosh is a long lake running north-south past Mount Farrell, adjacent to the town of Tullah. It dams the Mackintosh River and Sophia River, then feeds Mackintosh Power Station, Tasmania through into Lake Rosebery.

The Murchison River (Tasmania) is also fed into this lake through the Murchison Dam, to the south. The Murchison Highway borders the lake to the West.
