East African Community Treaty

The East African Community Treaty was signed on November 30, 1999 in Arusha, Tanzania between President Daniel Toroitich arap Moi of Kenya, President Yoweri Kaguat Museveni of Uganda and President Benjamin William Mkapa of Tanzania.
