House Of Games (Life with Derek episode)

House Of Games is a "Life with Derek" episode.

At the beginning of the episode Casey becomes mad over the unshared bathroom shelf in the bathroom cabinet in the bathroom with no place to put her toothbrush. So she calls a meeting explaining how they should comprimise the five main places not shared with Casey and Lizzie. But Derek steps in explaining that is not how they comprimise in this house, instead they play games of chance with five marbles representing the five main places. He randomly distributes the marbles.

The first game they play is Rock-Paper-Sissors. The battle is between Lizzie and Edwin. The winner is the McDonalds with sissors beats paper and Derek pretends to find out that Edwin joined Team McDonald but what Team Venturi does not know, is that team McDonald planted a baby monitor in with Edwin's "options".

The second game they play is Dice. Casey against Marti. The idea for Team Venturi was to cheat with rigged dice to always land on three. But when the game starts, Lizzie pulls out some sparkle dice. The winner again is Team McDonald. Marti rolled snake-eyes (double ones).

The third and final game they played was high card low card. Casey against Derek. Derek then decides to up the stakes for all the marbles, and the Game Closet, Casey accepts and loses because Derek cheated with the Ace of Clubs.

Other

Throughout the episode, Nora and George have a fight about the sides of the bed they have down in their new basement bedroom. Nora is close to the window and is afraid thata a bad guy will come in and take her away. So George switch the whole bed around so Nora does not have to be beside the window. In the end, George and Nora are "making out" in Marti's words.
