HMS Scotsman (P243)

HMS Scotsman (P243)

HMS "Scotsman" was an S class submarine of the Royal Navy, and part of the Third Group built of that class. She was built by Scotts, of Greenock and launched on August 18 1944.

She survived the Second World War and was eventually sold. "Scotsman" arrived at Troon on November 19 1964 for breaking up. [ [http://uboat.net/allies/warships/ship/3459.html HMS Scotsman] , Uboat.net]
