Vetrovec v. The Queen

"Vetrovec v. The Queen" [1982] 1 S.C.R. 811 is the leading Canadian decision on the testimony evidence of accomplices. The case developed what is known as the vetrovec warning which requires judges to give warning to juries of the untrustworthiness of some aspects of the testimony where the testimony of an accomplice cannot be corroborated.
