Anna S. Þorvaldsdóttir

Anna S. Þorvaldsdóttir (born 1977) is an Icelandic composer currently studying composition at the University of California, San Diego.

Her music has been performed in Iceland, the Unites States of America, The Netherlands, Estonia, Norway, Sweden, Germany, the Czech Republic and Denmark. In 2006, her orchestral piece "A moment of peace" was performed by the Icelandic Symphony Orchestra, conducted by Christian Lindberg.
