Iwye

Iwye ( _be. Іўе IPA2|ˈiʊje; _ru. Ивье IPA2|ˈivʲjə; _pl. Iwje; _lt. Vija) is a town and former shtetl in Belarus in the Hrodna Province, 158 km east of Hrodna. It is a station on the railway line between Lida and Maladzyechna. The population of Iwye is 8,900 (1995).
