Richard Latto

Richard Latto is the Station Sound Producer for BBC Radio Solent, which broadcasts to Hampshire, Dorset and the Isle Of Wight.

Another of Richard's roles is to act as a swing presenter for the station, covering for shows such as; mid-mornings, drivetime and weekends.

Richard started working for the BBC back in the late 1990s and moved to the Solent area in October 2006. His first job in BBC radio was producing the Keith Fordyce Show for regional stations in the Westcountry. He then went on to produce or present at practically every hour of the day for BBC Radio Devon before spending a year with the BBC in Jersey.

At the age of just 22, Richard made it into the 'Top 20 Breakfast Shows of Winter 2005' while presenting a breakfast show for the BBC in Plymouth, according to audience research gathered by rajar.
