Charles Louis Kincannon (born December 1940 in Waco, Texas) is a former director of the United States Census Bureau. Kincannon took office on March 13, 2002 after being nominated by George W. Bush and confirmed unanimously by the Senate, and served until he retired on January 3, 2008.[1]

Kincannon started working for the Census Bureau in 1963.[2]
