Autry Denson (born December 8, 1976 in Lauderhill, Florida) is a former professional American football player who played running back for four seasons for the Miami Dolphins, the Indianapolis Colts, and the Chicago Bears.

Autry attended high school at Nova High in Davie, Florida, where he was a four year football starter. He was named the Miami Herald and the Sun-Sentinel Offensive player of the year in 1995 and that same year set the Broward County Career Rushing record. Autry then went on to receive an athletic scholarship to the University of Notre Dame. While at Notre Dame he was a four year starter and currently is Notre Dame's All Time Leader in Career Rushing Yards. Drafted by the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in the 1999 draft, he played a total of 5 years in the National Football League, most notably for the Miami Dolphins and Chicago Bears. He also played for the Rhein Fire in NFL Europe and the Montreal Alouettes in the CFL.

Autry is very active in his local community. He is currently a member of the National Football Alumni Association, has participated in Habitat for Humanity, and through The Autry L. Denson Charitable Foundation sponsored several holiday food and toy drives. He is now a financial advisor with Merrill Lynch in Boca Raton, Florida.Autry is a South Florida native, and now lives with his wife in Port St. Lucie, Florida.
