The People's Choice (novel)

The People's Choice (novel)

"The People's Choice" is a 1993 novel written by Jeff Greenfield. When President-Elect MacArthur Foyle dies after the general election, but before the Electoral College has a chance to vote him into office, the nation is swung into chaos.

Greenfield's memorable characters, including political puppeteer Jack Petitcon, Vice President-Elect Ted Block, and the very Reverend Dixon Mason, provide plenty of punch to carry along the fantastical-but-possible story.
