KEE

KEE is a system of contemplative meditation and philosophy, based on inner truth and spiritual enlightenment. Inner truth is within every individual, and can be realized through spiritual enlightenment. Spiritual Enlightenment is a process which is achieved by restricting the power of the mind and body, while strengthening the spirit.

Beliefs

An individual's spirit is in a constant struggle with the desires and instincts of mind and body. By ignoring bodily desires, and focusing one's internal energy, or qi, as it is referred to in many eastern philosophies, an individual can strengthen their spirit. When thinking of one's own spirit, imagine a sphere of warm, loving energy, similar to the sun, residing in the lower abdomen.It is beneficial to strengthen one's spirit for several reasons. Spiritual energy has an attractive force, or gravity, that attracts other spiritual energy. An individual with a strong spirit is often referred to as someone who is charismatic, likeable, or confident. This is because of the attractive force of the individual's cultivated spirit. Furthermore, when an individual reaches the end of their physical life, their spiritual energy leaves the physical body and enters the spiritual realm. It does not remain in tact, but disperses into the abundance of energy, just like a drop of water dispersing in an ocean. The more spiritual energy that each individual adds to that ocean, the more it is affected by them and the more massive the ocean of spiritual energy becomes.

Practices

Meditation: By attaining complete relaxition of the body and emptiness of the mind, one can become aware of and strengthen their spirit. Meditation is most productive when practiced in a natural environment.

Sleep Deprivation: By depriving the body of sleep, body and mind will become fatigued and one's spirit will be drawn out.

Fasting: By depriving the body of food, body and mind will become weak, and one's spirit will be drawn out.

Mind Alteration: The meditative use of certain halleuceneginic substances, such as psilocybin mushrooms, can open a window to the spiritual realm, which can help to cultivate the spirit. However, the misguided use of such drugs can cause harm, empowering and corrupting the mind. This practice is to be strictly controlled and is not to be confused with other drugs which satisfy bodily desires, thereby weakening the power of the spirit.
