Hipólito Fernández Serrano, aka Poli (born March 20, 1977 in Seville), is a Spanish footballer, who currently plays for Recreativo de Huelva, as a left back.

After debuting professionally with CF Extremadura in the "Segunda División", Poli moved in 2002, alongside teammate David Cortés, to RCD Mallorca, where they were the starting fullbacks during three seasons. In 2005-06, he moved to Deportivo Alavés, with little individual (9 league matches) and team (relegation) success.

In July 2006, Poli moved to Recreativo de Huelva, freshly promoted to "La Liga".
