Sara Wood (b. England) was a popular British writer of 49 romance novels in Mills & Boon from 1986 to 2004.

Biography

Sara Wood was born in England in a poor family. She was a good student, but when was 16, she decided to take a secretarial course.[1]

Married at 21, she had her first son, Richie, at 22, and another three children years later. Sara Wood was not happy in her marriage, and finally decided to divorce and begin again. She obtained a professor job, and met her present husband. They lived in Sussex during 12 years, after moving to Cornwall.

When she saw Charlotte Lamb on a television, she decided to write. She published her first novels in 1986 in Mills & Boon.

Now, Sara Wood and her husband are grandparents and they live in Sussex.
