Scott Fivelson

Scott Fivelson is a screenwriter, fiction writer, and songwriter from Los Angeles.Scott Fivelson was born in Chicago. Fresh out of Northwestern University, he wrote a satirical tribute to Spielberg, "Guess What’s Coming to Dinner? The Extraterrestrial Etiquette Guide", from Bantam Books. He has also written short stories and satirical pieces for "Chicago Magazine", the "Chicago Tribune", "Los Angeles" magazine, the "Los Angeles Times", the "L.A. Weekly", "Tales from the Heart of Hollywood", and other publications. He is the author of the novel, "Tuxes", from BeachSide Press.

As a screenwriter, his most recent film is "American Reel", starring David Carradine, Mariel Hemingway, and the distinguished British actor Michael Maloney (Truly, Madly, Deeply, Kenneth Branagh’s Hamlet).

As a songwriter, his most recent jazz album is "Awesome in New York", featuring Mishka Spiro, and Zane Musa of Last Call with Carson Daly.
