Bernardino Fernández de Velasco, 6th Duke of Frias

Bernardino Fernández de Velasco, 6th Duke of Frias, Count of Haro (circa 1610 - 1652) was a Spanish nobleman and diplomat.

His father was Juan Fernández de Velasco, 5th Duke of Frias and his mother Maria Angela de Aragón y Guzmán.
King John IV of Portugal was his nephew.

He married Isabel Maria de Guzmán and had four children.

He inherited the title of Constable of Castile and like his father, Bernardino was Governor of the Duchy of Milan between 1647 and 1648.
He was also Viceroy of Aragon between 1645 and 1647.
