Zulhaidi Omar

Zulhaidi Omar is an ethnic Malaysian Chinese switched at birth with an ethnic Malay. As a result, he is officially classified as Malay. As an adult, he was later discovered by his birth family. He is currently attempting to change his name to Edie Teyo and convert from Islam to Buddhism. This poses some legal difficulties as conversion from Islam is illegal in Malaysia.
