Kevin Mulligan (born in Shifnal, June 23, 1951) is both Irish and British philosopher, working on the ontology, philosophy of mind and philosophy of logic. He currently works at the University of Geneva, where he collaborates with, among others, Pascal Engel. He is also known for his work with Peter Simons and Barry Smith on ontology, Austrian and Polish philosophy.
