March 29 ,1989 in Worcester,Massachusetts , U.S., and has been an Americantennis player since 1999. He's best known for his big serve and large presence on the court at six feet four inches. At just 6 years old, Kring started playing tennis with Dave Sobel, an ex-junior coach ofAndre Agassi . Kring always was a big fan of and loved to watchTaylor Dent andPete Sampras . He currently lives inFlorida . William Kring is coached by Mark Dalzell of the Bollettieri Tennis Academy. This last year, he also trained withTaylor Dent to help develop Kring's serve-volley game. When Kring was younger, he was coached by his father, Bill Kring Sr.As of 2007, Kring had committed to play at
Colgate University , aDivision I school that is a member of thePatriot League . However after just a few short weeks, Bill decided to leave Colgate and attend Boston University. His season will start with the Terriers on February 1st.Kring has played in a number of professional tournaments including the
