Snohomish School District . This school does not offer as many classes as the original high school in Snohomish. This school will relieve overcrowding atSnohomish High School . It will be a convert|230000|sqft|m2|sing=on facility designed by Northwest Architecture and built by Lydig Construction. It opened 4 September 2008 for grades 9-11. It is expected to be completely finished by January 2009. Theprincipal is Jim Dean.History
Its name was decided by a naming committee from names submitted by community members. The three names that were in the final vote were Eagle Ridge, Glacier Peak and Three Rivers. The site has a view of Glacier Peak in eastern
Snohomish County . The official mascot is the Grizzlies, and colors are Navy Blue and White with silver as its accent color. The mascot and colors were voted on by students from the Snohomish Freshman Campus andValley View Middle School . Sports
Glacier Peak will belong to WESCO 3A North division in Sports. The football team will play at Snohomish, since a stadium is not yet built at Glacier Peak.
