nihongo|Akinobu Uraka|有楽 彰展|Uraka Akinobu|born September 22, 1977 in Hyōgo Prefecture, Japan is a Japanese manga artist most well known for creating "Tokyo Underground". In 2002, "Tokyo Underground" was adapted into an anime TV series aired on TV Tokyo. Uraka made a cameo appearance as a student in the first episode of that series.
