Paul Rinne (fl. 1920s) was an Estonian chess player. [Dates and places of birth and death appear to be unknown. Gaige 1987 is the standard source of basic biographical data on chess players, but the entry for Rinne lists no birth or death dates or locations and simply has "fl. 1920s in Estonia". citation

He won the 1st Estonian Championship at Tallin 1923. He twice took 2nd, behind Johannes Türn, at Tallin 1925 (2nd EST-ch), and behind Leho Laurine (Leo Laurentius) at Tallin 1932 (4th EST-ch).
