John Elvin Harshman (July 12, 1927 in San Diego, California), was a former professional baseball player who played pitcher in the Major Leagues from 1952-1960. He would play for the New York Giants, Chicago White Sox, Baltimore Orioles, Boston Red Sox, and Cleveland Indians.
