Propheteers are players of prediction games who compete with each other to correctly predict the outcome of future events.

Introduction

Propheteers enjoy predicting future events in many subject areas such as celebrity scandals, sports, and other world events such as elections. Propheteers guess at predetermined questions about specific future events. Some questions may be multiple choice such as the outcome of a baseball game, or they could be related to predicting the time in which an expected event will occur.

Many Propheteers take prediction games very seriously and do extensive research on the topics they are speculating on.

Propheteers, answer a series of questions derived from current events in subjects ranging from Business & Finance, U.S. & World News, Sports & Gaming, and People & Entertainment. All questions are based on events that have not yet transpired, such as “Who will win Super Bowl in XLII 2008?” Once the event has occurred, Propheteers who have guessed correctly are awarded points. The points are then converted in to cash.
