Tita Datu Puangco is a renowned management consultant, human resource practitioner, author, motivational speaker, corporate lecturer, and advice columnist in the Philippines.

She is the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Ancilla Enterprise Development Consulting Inc., a human resource consultancy and training firm in Makati City.

She runs a weekly column in the "People at Work" section of the Philippine Daily Inquirer, the leading national daily in the country.

Puangco worked as Vice President of the Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI), then the largest bank in the country.
