"Eremophila bowmanii", also known as Silver Turkeybush, is a shrub which is native to Australia.

Description

This species grows up to 2 metres in height, has white to grey tomentose leaves, branches and sepals. The flowers are lilac or occasionally white. The leaves are linear to lanceolate.

Taxonomy

The species was first formally described by botanist Ferdinand von Mueller in 1861. Three subspecies have been identified:
*"E. bowmanii" F.Muell. subsp. "bowmanii"
*"E. bowmanii" subsp. "latifolia" (L.S.Sm.) Chinnock
*"E. bowmanii" subsp. "nutans" Chinnock

Distribution

It occurs in Queensland and New South Wales.
