Jailen M. Peguero (born January 4, 1981 in Ázua Province, Dominican Republic) is a Major League Baseball relief pitcher for the Arizona Diamondbacks. He was recalled from Tucson on June 8, mlby|2007, when reliever Brandon Medders was optioned to Tucson. He made his major league debut June 8 in the ninth inning of a 10-3 loss to the Boston Red Sox, retiring the only three batters he faced, Jason Varitek, Coco Crisp, and Doug Mirabelli, in order.
