The third season of Indian Idol began on 4 May 2007 and concluded on 23rd September 2007. It was hosted by Mini Mathur and Hussain Kuwajerwala. Anu Malik, Alisha Chinai, Javed Akhtar and Udit Narayan were the judges.Prashant Tamang won the competition.
