The stations original male head face team member (presenter) James Dalton departed from the station in 2006, pending employment with BBC Wales.

2008 Onwards

In late 2007, the CBT viewing figures fell from 28,000 to 19,500. This was disastrous for the company, especially after they just spent £50,000 on renovations.

Following the departure of the company's chief executive in February 2008, CBT has undergone several major changes. The first and most notable of these was the return of James Dalton, who joined the station's board of directors in July 2008. The deal was rumored to be worth around £30,000. It is not known why the former presenter was chosen to join the board, however it is known that he intends to become the CEO in 2011.

The second radical change also took place in July 2008, with the ending of broadcasts on the CBT 2 channel. The board believed that this was a waste of money, and that they should focus their attention on more frequent and better quality programming made by the company itself. CBt hopes to have over 60,000 viewers across the country by the end of 2010.

The third change has not yet taken place, but is rumored to involve the dismissal of up to twenty members of staff by the current CEO, Yusaf Chang.Fact|date=September 2008
