Eddie Kramer is a fictional character from the American lifeguard series "Baywatch". He was played by Billy Warlock from the beginning in 1989 to 1992 and in the 2003 reunion movie "".

He embarked on a famous relationship with Shauni McClain (Erika Eleniak). He departed from the series by marrying Shauni and then moving to Australia.

Billy Warlock has played in 44 episodes of the first and second seasons, in first two episodes of the third season.
