If constructed, the 24-story tower designed by architectEnrique Norten is scheduled to be completed in2011 .The museum's construction was scheduled to start in 2007, but problems with the foundation delayed the start until 2008. When completed, due to its structure and the ecological materials used to built it, the museum will be the most expensive Guggenheim constructed so far.
