Such assistance included free classes at refugee camps, healthcare services, recreational and youth activities, seasonal celebrations, Christmas festival.
In 1994, the first ACWP office in Vietnam (Hue) was opened for helping repatriated refugee children, who did not not find resettlement in third-party countries and were sent back to Vietnam.
