[http://www.rastok.com/ RASTOK] (also known as Urban Music Fest RASTOK) is an annual summer music festival on Plateau Rastoke in Jelah, Bosnia. It is staged annually since 2003 and usually starts on the first weekend of August (since 2003).

Commercialization of music scene, after war, in BH suppress urban music bands in second plan which refuse to follow trend of modernistic pop and turbo-folk music. The media's attention is focused on non-expressional, patterned and commercial music and their promotion. This moment was key reason for the genesis of Rastok Fest.

Need for promotion of urban and original bends, which are lot of in BH, was lodestar for organization of festival. In the beginning festival was gathering rock bands, but faster it spread on all other urban music directions like: punk, alter rock, metal, dub, reggae, ska, jazz and other fusions of urban sound. Festival was held on different locations in town of Jelah under manifestation 'Jelah Summer', four years consecutively, start from year 2003. until 2006.

Rastok become trademark for all non affirmated bands from BH and further in other countries. Festival is gathering young, urban people from all over BH and their friends from other countries, unburdened from nationalism, prejudice and primitivism, which they spend time together in festival days.

Precisely them this festival is dedicated.

Festival goals

1. Cultural and social integration of youth from different ethnic group in BiH and region

2. Promotion of urban music like universal language of intercultural communication

3. Promotion of urban non-affirmated bands

4. Break of cultural isolation in local communities

3. URBAN MUSIC FEST RASTOK 2005More and more applied bands, which do not play rock music, influence to change name of the festival. 3.UMFR05 held place on plateau Rastok in Jelah on 5. and 6. August 2005. This time slogan of the festival was ‘Road to tolerance’. On 3.UMFR05 performed:
