Alianza Lima , and made 10 appearances for the Peruvian national team [ [http://www.rsssf.com/miscellaneous/peru-recintlp.html rsssf: Peru record international footballers] ] he participated at the1930 FIFA World Cup and1936 Summer Olympics .After retiring as a player he went on to manage a number of clubs in Peru and the Peru national team. He died in 2007 at 96 years old.
