Kim MacDonald is a CMOS certified Weather Network news anchor and host.She began her career at The Weather Network in May 1998 as a weekend presenter but began working as a full-time host in January 1999.
Prior to
1998 , she worked inSt. Catharines, Ontario as a morning show radio co-host and news announcer at 97.7 HTZ FM and 610 CKTB. She also spent many years as a volunteer host and reporter at local cable stations while attending Brock University and Niagara College. She has a degree in Culture and Language Communications.Kim has been a guest on "The Mom Show" and on "GO" on CBC radio.
She has been involved with a number of charity organizations including Plan, The Hospital for Sick Children, The Princess Margaret Hospital, Street Kids International, The United Way and ABC Literacy Foundation.
Kim MacDonald currently lives in [Hamilton, Ontario] . She is married to home renovation specialist Christian Pack and is the mother of two daughters.
