Arn Shein

Arn Shein (1928 – June 1, 2007) was an American sports writer and editor for the "The Daily Item (Port Chester)" in New York from 1949 to 1974, where he wrote a regular column titled "Spotlight on Sports". After retirement, due to severe case of psoriatic arthritis, Arn became a freelance writer in 1983 and sold about 350 articles to over 60 major magazines, including "Reader's Digest", "Modern Maturity", and "Guideposts".
