Victor L. Klee, Jr. (1925,
San Francisco –August 17 ,2007 ,Lakewood, Ohio ) was amathematician specialising inconvex set s,functional analysis , analysis of algorithms, optimization, andcombinatorics . He spent almost his entire career at theUniversity of Washington ,Seattle Born in
San Francisco, California , Klee received his PhD in mathematics from theUniversity of Virginia in 1949.
