Augustin Frédéric Kodock (born

Nyong-et-Kellé Department , in theCentre Province of Cameroon. He served in the government in the mid-1960s as Secretary of State for Finances, and from 1968 to 1980 he worked at theAfrican Development Bank . In 1991 he was elected Secretary-General of the Union of the Peoples of Cameroon, and in the March 1992 parliamentary election he was elected to the National Assembly from Nyong-et-Kelle; he became president of the UPC parliamentary group.
